Which Plan Is For Me?
Recommended for: people who want to keep their nutritional programme as simple and flexible as possible.
I will ask you to fill out a very brief questionnaire and provide a two-day diet diary and/or an idea of what you currently eat.
Recommended for: people who want to get their nutrition in line in order to improve their general wellbeing and/or help them achieve their goals.
I will provide you with a questionnaire to fill out which will give me information on the following:
* your height, weight and body type
* your diet
* your lifestyle
* any health issues you feel are relevant
* what you wish to achieve with your nutrition
I will ask you to send me a five-day food diary together with the questionnaire.
Recommended for: serial dieters, those who struggle to stay on track, or people who just want to make the weight loss process as easy as possible.
This is a three month package which includes the Online Consultation and is of course geared towards weight loss. It can be hard to see the wood for the trees when you’re dieting, and maintaining motivation can be hard, so it helps to see how far you’ve come! Each week you will send me your weight and, if you’re comfortable, progress pictures (trust me: anyone who’s ever lost weight wishes they had taken a ‘before’ picture!). I will monitor your progress, make any necessary amendments and help keep you on track to achieve your goal weight.
